ASSI offers free ground shipping to our domestic customers. Ground shipping typically takes between 3-5 days in the continental US. For customers requesting expedited deliveries, ASSI offers several other shipping options tailored to our customer requirements. At ASSI, we inspect and package each instrument for any defects prior to shipping. If the merchandise arrives in a damaged condition, please notify ASSI representative within 48 hrs of product receipt so that we can work with our customers in resolving the issue.



Unused merchandise in original condition may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the delivery. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping back to ASSI facility must accompany all returns. Please contact our customer service representative to request an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without securing an RMA number prior to returning product. Credit is not issued until ASSI receives the returned product, inspects and approves it as an acceptable item for return. Items returned without the original packaging will be subjected to a restocking fee.



ASSI pride itself in providing premium quality instruments to our customers. ASSI is proud to offer industry leading 5 Years Limited Warranty against manufacture defects in materials and workmanship. We reserve the right to repair or replace any product that fails as a result of any such defect. Instruments that show expected wear under ordinary use are not considered to be defective. Any modification to the instrument or failure to provide appropriate instrument care, including proper cleaning and maintenance, may void this warranty.
